I think everyone knows how to do this.
Make a pattern frame to enter IM
FX swirl 600
FX Implode Your choice...I like anything from -45 to -60
If that's not enough do it again but reduce the parameter to something like -7
Use paint to make center transparent
I like to use fuzz=10%
Floodfill
Matte
point the cursor in the center and do it.
Then composite dstOver with the central image
You may have to adjust sizes.
Really quite simple.
I wanted to start simple with the computer...still getting familiar with how it functions.
