Used Fun Lovers Arc askew tutorial to get this image. Thanks Fun both for the share and the technique.
Steps
enter IM with original graphic
Fx, Distort, Arc, VP=Tile, parameters= .1,-3
repeat distort five times
Adaptive Resize x400
Decorate, Border, 30x30, color=none
Composite dstOver with original, activate resize to fit
output as jpg and save url

go back
Enhance, Negate
Enhance Normalize
Effects Grayshade 90x30
Enhance Normalize
Composite Overlay with saved url, uncheck resize to fit
Enhance Normalize
Output as finished jpeg
