Here's how,
(Use
Arbor Image Magick)
Take image to IM and choose the FX tab
Paste this line of numbers including the decimal, comma and hyphen
into the
parameter box.

Then check the DISTORT button
Under the Fx Properties section choose
DISTORT=ARC
VIRTUAL PIXEL METHOD=TILE
Check the "reset page geometry" box.
Now, click the Fx tab again and repeat the Distort process 3-5 more times.
No other settings are needed
