Here's how,
(Use
Arbor Image Magick)
Take image to IM and choose the FX tab
Paste this entire line of numbers including the commas
into the
parameter box.
300,110,10,10
Then check the DISTORT button.
Under the Fx Properties section choose "Polar" from the Distort Type dropdown menu.
Note: The above parameters work best with large images.
Have fun and play around with the parameters . You just might discover something new.
