Here's how,
(Use
Arbor Image Magick)
Take image to IM and choose the FX tab
Paste this entire line of numbers including the comma and
spaces
into the
parameter box.
NOTE, for this style of image the third and fourth parameter numbers should be
exactly 1/2 of the width and height
of your image. For example, if your image is 400x350 pixels then
you
would set the parameters to this 0,0 200 125
0,0 150 120
Then check the DISTORT button
Under the Fx Properties section choose
DISTORT=SHEPARDS
VIRTUAL PIXEL METHOD=MIRROR
No other settings are needed
